By The Bellingham Herald, Wash. Apr. 18--UPDATED AT 6:02 A.M. BELLINGHAM -- Road crews will close a section of northbound Interstate 5 near Lake Samish today to remove loose trees and rocks from a hillside. Crews are scheduled to begin work at 7:30 a.m. and plan to finish work by 4 p.m.
