HARRISBURG, Pa., July 21 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Game Commission and the Lancaster Barnstormers minor league baseball team are hosting a special evening to benefit youth on Tuesday, Aug. 31. Gates open to the general public at 5:30 p.m., and game time is 6:30 p.m.
Officials from the Pennsylvania office of the American Association of Retired Persons will discuss health care coverage and long-term financial security with local government and business leaders at a forum on Thursday, June 26, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster will hold an open house at its new facilities from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday in the North Pointe Plaza off Oregon Pike, just north of Route 30. The new center provides orthopedic services from examination through ambulatory surgery and rehabilitation.
The Lancaster Barnstormers will unveil a new online ticket system during a special Internet presale of 2008 single-game tickets. Barnstormers single-game tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday, March 31, online only.
