By Prashant Gopal, The Record, Hackensack, N.J. Dec. 29--A Pennsylvania biotech company said Wednesday that it plans to acquire Laureate Pharma's Totowa manufacturing operations for $16 million and will retain the roughly 25 employees who work at the plant.
