The hourly workers at Wells' Dairy, a company which makes Blue Bunny ice cream and frozen novelties, are set to vote on whether to cut their pay and perks by $5 million, revealed media reports. In the first week of March, the company and an employee bargaining group arrived at a tentative deal.
