Heinrich Haussler controlled nearly all of Friday's leg of the Tour de France and collected his first stage victory in the best-known race in cycling. Haussler was ahead of the bulk of the riders for the duration of the 120-mile Stage 13 route from Vittel to Colmar in eastern France.
