By Lewis Griswold, The Fresno Bee, Calif. Oct. 15--The Tulare County Library has set March 6, 2007, as the day to begin refurbishing the former Visalia City Library into a children's library, said county Librarian Brian Lewis. The $5.3 million project will take a year.
