MOSCOW. Dec 17 (Interfax) - Lukoil Overseas, which operates Lukoil's (RTS: LKOH) projects abroad, has resumed operations at the Anaran block in Iran after U.S. sanctions hindered work at the block earlier this year, the Russian Industry and Energy Ministry said in a statement.

MOSCOW. Oct 22 (Interfax) - Lukoil (RTS: LKOH) has completed acquisition of three exploration blocks in the Gulf of Guinea off West Africa, Vice President Leonid Fedun said. Fedun did not disclose details of the deal, but said the properties had cost several hundreds of millions of dollars.

MOSCOW. Dec 12 (Interfax) - A major oil field discovery was made on the Anaran exploration block in west Iran. Four promising structures were identified at Anaran block: Azar, Changuleh-West, Dehloran and Musian.
