Lummus Technology, a CB&I company (NYSE:CBI), has been awarded a contract by Ibn Rushd, a SABIC affiliate, for the license and basic engineering of the proprietary CATOFIN(R) technology utilizing Sud-Chemie's latest CATOFIN catalyst.

CB&I (NYSE:CBI), through Lummus Technology, has been awarded contracts with an overall value in excess of US$45 million by Essar Gujarat Petrochemicals Limited for technology licenses and basic engineering related to a major grassroots petrochemicals complex in Vadinar, Gujarat, India.
