Roy Halladay threw a three-hitter and the Toronto Blue Jays produced 17 hits Wednesday in blasting Boston 12-0. The Red Sox, even though they clinched the American League wild-card berth Tuesday, have lost six games in a row.

Rod Barajas had a three-run homer Monday to help the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Boston Red Sox 11-5 in a rain-shortened game. Jose Bautista added a two-run homer and also had three RBI while Lyle Overbay drove in two runs for the Blue Jays, who have won four in a row and seven of their last eight games. Scott Richmond (8-10) went six innings for the win, allowing four runs and six hits. Kevin Youkilis hit two home runs and had three RBI for the Red Sox, who have lost four in a row.

Roy Halladay broke out of a recent slump Friday to throw a seven-hit shutout and carry Toronto to a 5-0 decision over Seattle. Halladay (16-10) had lost five of his previous seven starts, but produced the 48th complete game and 14th shutout of his 12-year career.

Travis Snider drove in three runs Monday to lead the Toronto Blue Jays to a 9-2 victory over the Baltimore Orioles. The Blue Jays had sixth-inning solo homers by Lyle Overbay and John McDonald while ending a four-game losing streak.

Matt Garza combined with three relievers on a three-hit shutout Saturday, leading the Tampa Bay Rays to a 4-0 win over the Toronto Blue Jays. After Evan Longoria, Willy Aybar, Ben Zobrist and Gabe Kapler each hit RBI singles in the bottom of the first, Garza's work essentially was done. Garza (8-10)
