By JENNIFER SANTOS QUINCY - A failed pump near the Quincy Center MBTA station was the likely cause of an oil spill into Town Brook last Friday. The MBTA has a pumping station near Granite Street where the Red Line tracks cross. It is believed that diesel fuel got into the brook there.
