A Japanese zoo worker who died shortly after being found by a patron was likely attacked by an Amur tiger, investigators say. Officials believe Atsushi Ito, 40, was cleaning the tiger's cage at Kyoto City Zoo Saturday before a patron found him collapsed on the ground, Mainichi Shimbun reported.
