Kevin Durant's 31 points led all scorers Tuesday in the Oklahoma City Thunder's 96-95 win over the Spurs, their first win in San Antonio since 2004. Oklahoma City's win also prevented the Spurs from clinching a playoff berth. Durant was joined in double figures by Jeff Green, Russell Westbrook and Nenad Krstic, who each scored 16 points in the win that snapped a three-game losing streak for the Thunder. It was Krstic who hit the game-winning jumper with 51.6 seconds to play, giving Oklahoma City a 96-93 lead. Tim Duncan cut the lead to one point with a tip-in with 36.9 seconds to play and then blocked a shot to give the Spurs a final try for the win.

David West had 23 points and 16 rebounds and made all 11 of his free throws Sunday to lead the New Orleans Hornets past San Antonio 90-86. The victory moved the Hornets to within 2 1/2 games of the Southwest Division-leading Spurs with 10 regular-season games to go --and into a tie with Utah for the sixth spot in the Western Conference playoff chase. Chris Paul had 26 points, nine assists and seven rebounds, and Antonio Daniels scored 10 for New Orleans, which has won four of its last six games. Tony Parker led the Spurs with 20 points and added seven assists.

Tony Parker scored 18 points Friday and was one of seven San Antonio players in double figures, lifting the Spurs to a 111-98 win over the Los Angeles Clippers. San Antonio won its third in a row and increased its lead in the Southwest Division to 1 ½ games over idle Houston. Manu Ginobili added 14 points and both Tim Duncan and Michael Finley had 13.

Tony Parker again picked up the slack for injury-riddled San Antonio Wednesday, scoring 39 points in the Spurs' 99-84 win over Portland. With Manu Ginobili out for at least two more weeks with an ankle injury and center Tim Duncan suffering a sore right quadriceps muscle, Parker has been called upon to carry the load. He scored 37 points in a win over Dallas Tuesday and hit 17-of-27 shots from the field against the Trail Blazers.
