The stars and creators of TV's Burn Notice and Psych are scheduled to participate in Comic-Con for the first time, USA Network announced. Comic-Con is an event in San Diego, Calif., that invites fans to meet some of their favorite members of the entertainment industry. The back-to-back Burn Notice and Psych panels are to take place July 23.
