By MATTHEW THOMPSON Clean water is coming to 45 customers in the Derrick's Creek area of Kanawha County. The county commission has received federal funds secured by Rep. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., to begin the project. Capito secured $175,000 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
