Oklahoma’s state health board reported Thursday that an exhaustive investigation had failed to identify how E. coli bacteria was introduced into an Oklahoma restaurant linked to an outbreak that sickened hundreds and killed one.

By ROD WALTON PRYOR -- The Mid-America Industrial Park will spend $1.3 million this year to construct two 30,000-square-foot "spec" buildings in an effort to attract new businesses. "You've got to be ready," said Sanders Mitchell, administrator of the park.

PRYOR -- Amerex Group, Inc. has put its Pryor cleanup and salvage site up for sale with a $3 million price tag. The New York-based company, which has administrative offices in Tulsa, bought the former Kaiser Fertilizer plant in 2006.
