By Andrea Torres, The Miami Herald Jun. 7--Oscar Morley Sr., one of the first black police officers when the Miami Police Department integrated, died Thursday of a heart attack at Parkway Regional Medical Center Hospice. He was 78. Morley, of Bahamian descent, was born May 16, 1928.
