By Dale Quinn, The Arizona Daily Star, Tucson Sep. 14--Former Marana Mayor Bobby Sutton Jr. and businessman Richard A. Westfall will go on trial Feb. 6 to face federal extortion charges. The defendants and their attorneys met before U.S.
