AN 11-year-old girl was airlifted to hospital after falling off a quad bike at a farm in Southam, Warwickshire, on Thursday evening. The youngster suffered suspected head injuries when she fell off the bike shortly after 5.15pm.
NINE Dudley-based nurses put buckets and sponges to the fore for a sponsored helicopter wash. The nurses, from the Dudley Group of Hospitals emergency assessment unit, went into action to raise money for emergency colleagues at the County Air Ambulance service.
