MOSCOW. April 27 (Interfax) - The Basic Element (BasEl) holding, whose application to acquire a blocking stake in RussNeft the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service has been looking into for over eight months, will run the oil company together with Switzerland's Glencore.

Former Russneft owner Mikhail Gutseriyev has bought four oil fields in Azerbaijan, Baku-based opposition Yeni Musavat newspaper has quoted a Russian source as saying.
