By Stephen J. Lee, Grand Forks Herald, N.D. Feb. 12--Responding to hot markets the past two weeks, the Minneapolis Grain Exchange on Monday increased the daily trading limits on spring wheat futures from 30 cents to 60 cents.

Aug. 18--Kansas City wheat and Chicago wheat and corn futures closed higher Wednesday, partly on a technical bounce. Chicago soybean futures closed mixed. Kansas City Value Line stock index futures advanced. Wheat futures were boosted partly by a technical bounce following early declines.
