Sep. 15--MIRA LOMA -- A treatment plant that serves thousands of water customers in the Jurupa and Eastvale communities returned to service Wednesday after being sidelined for nearly a year by mechanical and bacterial contamination problems.

Jul. 6--MIRA LOMA -- Residents and home builders in Mira Loma and surrounding areas should conserve water for the next week until engineers get a gremlin-plagued water treatment plant back on line, utility officials said Tuesday.
