Montecito Medical Investment Company (MMIC) announced the acquisition of Summit Medical Centers, a Class A medical campus located on ten acres in Bayonet Point, FL. Summit Medical Centers is comprised of three buildings totaling 49,925 square feet.

Montecito Medical Investment Company (MMIC) announced today the acquisition of the South Lake Medical Plaza, a 67,023 square foot medical office building in Clermont, Florida. The project is located on the campus of South Lake Hospital on Citrus Tower Blvd.
