Mount Zion Baptist Church, 419 N. Elgin Ave., began receiving applications Monday for a pastor to replace the Rev. G. Calvin McCutchen, who will retire this fall after 50 years at the church. McCutchen will preach his last sermon at Mount Zion on Nov.
