Google and Mozilla have come to a new three-year agreement for Google to be the default search option in the Firefox browser.

Between early Wednesday to early Thursday users downloaded almost 9 million copies of the new browser, setting an unofficial record for software downloads on the second day of Firefox 4’s launch.
