HARRISBURG, Pa., March 2 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Attorney General Tom Corbett today announced an $85,000 settlement with a wastewater treatment equipment supplier for allegedly breaking the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act, which requires that steel used in all public works projects must be manufactured in the United States. Corbett said that the lawsuit was filed against Aero-Mod, Inc., a Delaware-based corporation that designs, manufactures and distributes custom-designed wastewater treatment facilities and equipment.
