The British High Court has heard that a computer hacker who targeted NASA should be tried in the UK and not the US because his mental state is so fragile.

A SCHOOL is in a class of its own when it comes to special needs. Abbey Hill School and Technology College, has scored a unique hat- trick, by winning accreditation for the third year running. The 230-pupil school in Stockton's Ketton Road has also won the praise of an expert.
By Abbie Wightwick Parents with severely autistic children will no longer have to send them outside Wales for year-round residential education. The first 52-week residential school for autistic children has opened in Bronllys, near Brecon, with spaces for eight pupils.
