Nitro Petroleum, engaged in exploitation and development of oil and natural gas properties, has announced that it is scheduling a re-work on the Quinlan-2 well located in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma. Nitro is the operator of the project and anticipates performing this work immediately.

Nitro Petroleum has completed the acquisition of Buccaneer Energy oil assets. Over 80% of these wells are part of the HoCo purchase.

Nitro Petroleum has signed a definitive agreement with HoCo Oil, a private energy company operating in the state of Oklahoma, US. Under the agreement, Nitro will acquire a 25% working interest in several leases, which includes seven producing wells.
