LONGVIEW, Texas, March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Google is asking municipalities if they would like to be part of an ultra-high-speed Internet experiment, and the City of Longview is answering, "Yes, we are ready to fly into the future with Google." Google plans to build and test broadband networks with speeds of over 1 gigabit per second in a small number of trial locations across the United States.
