By D.R. Stewart, Tulsa World, Okla. Mar. 25--With the aims of increased parking activity and improved customer service, Tulsa International Airport could institute parking via the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's PikePass within nine months, officials say.
OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma Transportation Authority approved an agreement Wednesday with the Department of Transportation to construct sound walls on U.S. 169 between Mingo Road and Memorial Drive in Tulsa.
The agency plans to refinance $670 million in bonds to save an estimated $66 million, which could go toward capital improvements. OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma Transportation Authority on Wednesday gave approval to refinance up to $750 million in bonds.
