Florida-based Onstream Media Corp. said Wednesday it has completed its acquisition of the assets of Auction Video Inc., a Utah corporation. Onstream is an online service provider of live and on-demand, digital media communications and applications.

Florida-based Onstream Media Corp. said Tuesday it has signed an agreement to acquire the assets, technology and patents pending of Orem-based Auction Video and Auction Video Japan.
