Oramed Pharmaceuticals, a developer of oral delivery systems, has commenced Phase IIa studies of ORMD 0801, its oral insulin capsule, on Type 1 diabetics at the Hadassah University Medical Center in Jerusalem, Israel.

Oramed Pharmaceuticals, a developer of oral drug delivery systems, has launched preclinical trials of ORMD 0901, a GLP1-analog. Oramed plans to conduct the ORMD 0901 trials at Hadassah University Medical Center and they are expected to conclude by the end of 2008.

Oramed Pharmaceuticals, a developer of oral delivery systems, has signed an agreement with ETI Karle Clinical, a clinical research organization located in India, to conduct Phase IIb clinical trials on its oral insulin capsules.
