By Jennifer Wilson, The Gazette, Colorado Springs, Colo. Oct. 9--Now you see it, now you don't. Water gushing into Palmer Lake through a pipeline to Monument Creek for the past three weeks has been shut off after a state water official said the town of Monument needs the water for its lake.
