Working from China, CSIRO astronomers have remotely controlled telescopes in three countries and streamed their data to CSIRO’s Parkes Observatory in New South Wales for processing in real time.

ARECIBO, P.R. -- The Arecibo Observatory telescope, the largest and most sensitive single dish radio telescope in the world, is about to get a good deal more sensitive.

Jet Propulsion Lab -- NASA'S Deep Space Network has completed a number of upgrades to help support the fleet of more than two dozen spacecraft touring the solar system. Among the upgrades is the addition of a new 34-meter (110-foot) antenna near Madrid, Spain, which began operations on Nov. 1.
