Text of report by private Ukrainian news agency UNIAN Kiev, 26 September: Ukrainian Prime Minister Yuliya Tymoshenko has said that simultaneous parliamentary and presidential elections will be the only way out of the crisis in Ukraine, unless the ruling coalition which has collapsed is restored in parliament.

Ukraine's ruling pro-Western government coalition has collapsed, making way for possible early elections, the parliamentary speaker said Tuesday.

The leader of the main opposition Party of Regions, Viktor Yanukovych, has called on all political forces to unite efforts in overcoming the unfolding political crisis. Speaking in a live TV address, Yanukovych criticized the ruling coalition for its inability to work in concert, and urged unity.
