SECAUCUS, N.J., April 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WHAT: Student teams representing 30 New Jersey high schools will compete for more than $40,000 in individual scholarships and prizes in the finals of the Panasonic Creative Design Challenge (CDC), a premier science and engineering technology competition for public and private New Jersey high school students.

HERE'S a message to all the teachers' unions and school officials who complain about No Child Left Behind: Stop whining. Yes, it's true this federal law has flaws, such as its goal that 100 percent of all public schoolchildren will soon pass state exams.
