By Lynn Lofton, The Sun Herald, Biloxi, Miss. Oct. 11--Three South Mississippi schools are among four schools in the state named No Child Left Behind Blue Ribbons Schools for 2005.

PASCAGOULA - On August 1, Dr. Hank M. Bounds will become the state superintendent of education after serving as superintendent of the Pascagoula School District for four years. Before that, the Hattiesburg native was principal of Pascagoula, Lumberton and Forrest County high schools.

Jul. 26--GAUTIER - The Pascagoula School Board on Monday named Bernard Rogers as the new principal at Gautier High. Rogers replaces former Principal Wayne Rudolfich, who became the new superintendent last week after Hank Bounds was named the new state superintendent of education.

PASCAGOULA - Wayne Rodolfich, principal of Gautier High School, has been named superintendent of the Pascagoula School District. Rodolfich, 38, was hired Friday by the Pascagoula School Board. He succeeds Supt.
