By Reading Eagle, Pa. Jan. 18--Solar Innovations Inc., Myerstown, Lebanon County, has begun construction on a $9.7 million manufacturing plant in Pine Grove Business Park, Pine Grove, Schuylkill County, adding 48 jobs to its 58-person work force.
