By The News Tribune, Tacoma, Wash. Jan. 17--Construction of a new building for Pioneer Middle School is scheduled to begin in February. The Steilacoom Historical School District School Board recently accepted the bid and awarded the construction contract to Babbit Neuman Construction Co.
