PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will be fined up to $563 for driving his motorcycle without a license and failing to wear a helmet, Pittsburgh police said on Monday. Roethlisberger's motorcycle crashed headfirst into a car in Pittsburgh last week.
