Space Florida announced today it recently entered into a Teaming Agreement with PlanetSpace, offering support as they prepare and submit their proposal in response to the NASA COTS request for proposal.
PlanetSpace is announcing that they have submitted a proposal response to NASA's recent COTS (Commercial Orbital Transportation Services Phase 1 Demonstrations) request for proposals.
