By ROY PITCHFORD Waterfront park hosts July 4th fete Bayou Plaquemine Waterfront Park will be the center of activity for Fourth of July events in Plaquemine. Boat parade participants will assemble near the parish jail at 2 p.m., and start the parade at 2:30 p.m. Just show up and sail to the park.
