Neath Port Talbot Council bosses have confirmed that six schools can't make ends meet. Parents of debt-ridden schools face a lengthy wait to find out if their child's school is among them. They are believed to include three primary schools and three secondary schools.

Drama enthusiasts are putting the finishing touches to a musical extravaganza to be performed at Port Talbot's Princess Royal Theatre. The show on Tuesday, which features songs and routines made famous on Broadway and the West End, is being put on by members of Port Talbot DAOS.
