By Bill Jackson, Greeley Tribune, Colo. Jun. 12--The city of Greeley was forced to empty one of its reservoirs in the lower Poudre River Canyon northwest of Fort Collins over the weekend due to problems with three of the five gates at the bottom of the dam.
