Britain's Princess Eugenie, 18, had been staying at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai shortly before last week's terrorist attacks, a royal source said. The princess, who is the daughter of the Duke and Duchess of York, had been touring India with friends along with a Scotland Yard royal protection officer, The Times of London said. She left the hotel before the violence broke out and was never in danger, the royal source told the newspaper.
