Prudential Financial has completed the acquisition of MullinTBG, a provider of executive benefit solutions and financing strategies.

Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of MullinTBG, a leading provider of executive benefit solutions and financing strategies.

The Prudential Insurance Company of America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE:PRU), has entered into an agreement to acquire MullinTBG Insurance Agency Services, LLC (MullinTBG).

Prudential Financial announced today that the State of North Carolina has renewed its contract with Prudential Retirement to service the NC 401(k) Plan and has chosen Prudential as the new third party service provider for the NC Public Employees' Deferred Compensation Plan.

In response to the landmark regulatory changes to 403(b) retirement plans set to take effect January 1, 2009, Prudential Retirement has issued a new Planning and Resource Guide to help its 403(b) clients manage the transition to the new regulatory environment.
