By Carol Cling The "Race" is on. The "Race to Witch Mountain," that is. The big-screen update of the 1975 Disney favorite "Escape to Witch Mountain" (which also spawned a 1978 sequel and a 1995 TV movie) is scheduled to begin a weeklong Las Vegas shoot next week.
