British TV actor Tom Chambers, star of Holby City, has won the BBC One dance competition series Strictly Come Dancing. Clare Harding said her 31-year-old husband had been intently practicing his dancing skills to defeat pop star Rachel Stevens in this weekend's finale, The Sunday Times of London reported. He has told me he is happiest on the dance floor, sad Harding, who married Chambers during the sixth season of the dancing series.
