Radio New Zealand will stage an election debate on health issues at the Founders Theatre in Hamilton on October 12, from 5 to 7pm. It is one of series of public issue debates to be broadcast by Radio New Zealand National during the 2008 election campaign on Sundays, from October 5.

Purpose-built radio studios in Dunedin are on the market for the first time since their construction 40 years ago. The complex of studios and offices is in a building on the corner of Albany and Forth streets near Otago University and was built for the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation in 1967.
