Integrated oil company Occidental Petroleum has appointed William Albrecht as the president of Oxy Oil and Gas USA, reporting to the company's chairman and CEO, Ray Irani. Replacing and reporting to Mr Albrecht, as Oxy Oil and Gas's vice president for California operations, is Todd Stevens.
