By Anonymous Regency Energy Partners LP is acquiring FrontSteet Hugoton, LLC from an affiliate of GE Energy Financial Services, a unit of GE, and FrontStreet EnergyOne, LLC, for $139 million, expanding Regency's asset base in the Midcontinent region.

Midstream natural gas service provider Regency Energy Partners has agreed to acquire FrontStreet Hugoton from an affiliate of GE Energy Financial Services and FrontStreet EnergyOne for approximately $139 million.
